Navigating a new place away from home, struggling to “fit in” as you find new friends, date and figure out what’s important to you? Not to mention, identifying what areas you want to study or career direction you might take after college!
While it can be an exciting time, the college years present a unique set of challenges. It can be stressful and unsettling and for people who may already struggle with anxiety or depression, those challenges can be even harder.
I specialize in working with college age students - helping to define themselves both in and outside the classroom

You find yourself, your people - your friendships are easier, and especially as your more sure of your self beyond high school. But the reality of college can often be messier and less glamorous. Yes, I have a limited number of in-person openings at my office in downtown Seattle, near Pioneer Square.

Because your schedule changes either qaurterly or by semester, we’ll work together to find a weekly time for your sessions that works for you as your schedule changes.
Many of my clients have appreciated meeting online because it limits the time for travel, buses or walking to an office. -
It depends! If you live in one state but go to school in another, I need to maintain a license in the state where you’ll be during your break from school.

I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance at this time. I am able to provide a receipt, sometimes known as a “superbill” for your insurance for you to receive reimbursement directly if you or your family have an out-of-network insurance benefit.
